We now offer House Spirits Distillery Cocktail Classes and Spirit Education three times a month. These classes will cover using our spirits in a variety of cocktails, balancing the perfect drink, cocktail & spirit history, background of distillation through the ages, and fun! These small group classes are limited seating, but we will be offering this class throughout the year.

It seems only natural for a House Spirits X Dunderdon collaboration to happen being that Portlanders love all things Swedish. Join us at Dunderdon's North American flagship store located in the Black Box Building in downtown Portland. We will be pouring tastings of our Swedish style spirit Krogstad Aquavit for their annual winter sale.

The House Spirits Distillery Coffee Liqueur will be available once again in limited quantity Saturday, January 14th right here at the Apothecary. Stumptown Coffee Roasters, who provided the amazing coffee for this spirit, will be joining us to give cuppings on their exquisite coffees from various regions.

Portland?s Distillery Row is presenting a hands-on, tasting-oriented series of classes over a two day period in the winter of 2012. Participants will have an opportunity to get an inside look at 5 distilleries, meet the distillers, and learn about the process of making artisanal spirits from them.
